Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through joginderposwal.com ("Website") for digital products and online consultation services, operated by Advocate Joginder Poswal.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks) — No Refunds
All sales of digital products (ebooks) are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed and the download link has been delivered.
This is because:
- The product is a digital ebook (PDF file) that is delivered instantly after payment.
- Once the download link is generated and/or the file is downloaded, the product is considered fully delivered.
- Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same manner as physical goods.
2. Online Consultation Services — No Refunds
All fees paid for online consultation services are non-refundable. Once a consultation is scheduled and/or conducted, no refund will be issued.
This is because:
- Consultation fees are charged for the advocate's time, expertise and preparation.
- Once a consultation slot is booked, the advocate's time is reserved exclusively for you.
- Legal advisory delivered during a consultation cannot be "returned" or "undone".
- Even if you choose not to attend a scheduled consultation, the reserved time cannot be recovered.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy, not an obligation.
3. Before You Purchase
We encourage you to review the following before making a payment:
- For ebooks: The book page provides a detailed description of the content, chapters and who it is written for. The product is a PDF — no physical book will be shipped.
- For consultations: Ensure you understand that the fee covers the consultation time and advisory provided. It does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
- Ensure the email address you provide is correct, as confirmations and download links will be sent to that email.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following issues, we will resolve them promptly:
- Download link not received: If you completed payment but did not receive a download link on-screen or via email, contact us and we will resend it.
- Corrupted or incomplete file: If the downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete, contact us and we will provide a fresh download link.
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed: If your payment was deducted but no order confirmation was received, contact us with your payment ID. We will verify with Razorpay and either deliver the product or initiate a refund.
5. Exception — Payment Failure
If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails on Razorpay's end (i.e., no order is created and no product is delivered), the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If this does not happen, contact us with your transaction details.
6. Cancellation
Since the product is delivered instantly upon payment, there is no cancellation window. Once payment is completed, the order is processed immediately.
